Private lessons

Private Lessons are one on one or two on one with one of our qualified professional and have their undivided attention. This is more hands on and intimate approach. You learn much quicker and can excel on to the next level at a rapid rate of speed then just taking group classes.

Your First Private lesson is absolutely free! No obligation, if you wish to continue after that we do have an Introductory Special. It is Four 40 minute private lessons for only $159. After completing our Introductory Special you can purchase private lessons on a pay as you go basis. Regular private lessons are taught for 55 minutes and cost $65 for the hour.

Semi-Private Lessons

Semi-Private lessons are when two or more couples are with one of our qualified professionals. This is mainly for a group of friends or family getting ready for a special occasion. They can learn several different styles of dance and get the full attention of the instructor and can split the cost. It is a fun and easy way to learn quickly for weddings, proms, Madi Gras balls and other special events. The cost is $90 for a 55 minute lesson.

Group Classes

Group classes are open to the public where you can just drop in to the class you choose to take. Group classes are a more classroom-like atmosphere in which one of our qualified instructor’s divides their attention among several students at once. This is an inexpensive way to get started dancing and learn a multiple of dances in a short period of time. This process takes longer to get to the next level but still a great way to learn on a budget.

You will be confident and knowledgeable on your part in that particular dance.

Saturday 8:00 pm Ballroom Night
All Ballroom music. Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing and much more!

Theme Parties

Theme parties are run like the regular dance socials. However, the studio is decorated in whatever theme is chosen. Special music is selected and food is prepared to complement the theme. The staff dresses in costumes and encourages the students to dress in costumes to win prizes. This creates an atmosphere of excitement and enjoyment. We play dance games and give out prizes throughout the evening making it a popular event for students and their guests. This is a fun way to create school spirit and camaraderie.

Guest Parties

Guest parties are the first Monday of every month. This is a free night for anyone who has never danced before or has never been at our studio. During the Guest party the staff teaches the basic step to the six major dances and demonstrates what the dances look like at different levels. The guests are then told about the different programs and classes available for them if they wish to continue on. This is an easy way to expose you to the different dances and see the studio and experience how we teach. The atmosphere is open friendly and inviting. Making it comfortable for you to learn so you can be dancing around the floor and accomplish any fears you may have.

Guest Instructors & Coaches

We pride ourselves with keeping up with current trends and techniques in all styles of dance. That is why we bring in world renowned dance couples, judges, lecturers and guest instructors. They offer group instruction, but also make themselves available for private lessons. The staff and students can expand their dance knowledge and increase their ability using the expertise provided by these individuals.

Competitions

Competitions are for those students who take their dancing very seriously and wish to compete against other students in their age and dance level. With competitions the private lessons are more intense and technique is the focus to prepare the student for going out on the competition floor. This makes the student a much stronger dancer and adds style and grace to all their dances. This makes them sought after at the dance parties for their dance ability. This helps create strong self confidence and a much strong competent dancer then one just learning to dance socially.

Dance Demonstrations

Dance Demonstrations are when students volunteer their time to dance at special events. We have danced for local charities and organizations and donated gift certificates for local schools and other charities. The students have fun and share their love and passion for dance with others as well as giving back to the community and to local charities.
